Happy Valentine’s Day everybody.
Wow! It’s been too long, I really have to get something up here.
I haven’t written a lot down in the last few months, but instead have lots of pictures. So much has happened that I will attempt to piece the time together by using the photos.
First, here’s the billboard from The Absolute Comedy Club in Ottawa, Canada. My first time in performing in another country. It was a blast and one of the most fun weeks I’ve had in comedy. I love Canada! It’s one of the few places that I really blend in. Being pale and blonde, I also feel at home when I visit Ireland and Utah.

I also traveled to Erie,PA, during a horrible snow storm. Don’t I look happy? I was the headliner on Thursday night for a cheerleading fundraiser. And yes, I did my Dodge Neon joke. No pandering here. I also got up early and did morning radio along with a guy from the Circus who gets shot out of a cannon 8 times a week. And I thought I had a weird job.

A strange thing happened in the grocery store. I impulse bought this cake pan that was shaped like a football stadium. I thought it would be funny to buy as a goof. At the register I noticed the bill was roughly my rent during college, and found out later the joke was on me, as the Stadium Cake Pan was fifty dollars. So to get my money’s worth, I’m making every occasion a stadium cake occasion. Wedding? Stadium cake with bride and groom in the middle. Christmas? Nativity scene in the middle of the stadium cake. Funeral? Coffin in the middle of the stadium cake with black icing. I’m getting my money’s worth from that damn cake pan.

I performed on New Year’s Eve in Sedona, Arizona. They paid me a lot of money to stay at a nice resort, eat great food and make people laugh. Here’s me, in front of some rocks.

You know how some people say,”We’re gonna walk down to Electric Avenue.” Well, I actually did it, and while I was there I saw Hillary Swank coming out of a Mexican Restaurant eating a burrito. What a day.

Over the holidays, I got to perform a lot shows at The Comedy & Magic Club in Hermosa Beach, which is the comedy equivilant of playing in Yankee Stadium. I’m in the historic green room, with a lot of famous people’s names on the wall.

This is a short video clip of my first trip to outer space….or was it Detroit? You be the judge. It was a long weekend, it’s hard to remember.
I was stranded in an El Paso hotel room for a week, and I was so bored I literally watched the paint dry. Here’s before/after pictures of two guys painting the lines in the parking lot. One guy stops halfway through a line to talk on his cellphone. The other guy was pissed and painted the rest of the line in spite. I wonder how bad you would feel if you got fired from a job painting lines in the parking lot.
.
I went home to NY for a special night to honor my father and his basketball coaching and teaching career. I got a chance to see a lot of old friends, teachers and classmates. It was great to honor my father..... and also saw the poster that was the inspiration for my ‘high school ring’ joke.

For my wife’s birthday, we went on a 7 day cruise to Mexico. I did a lot of relaxing on the balcony and reading. I could see the ocean from our bed, and I woke up one morning in Mexico next to a Pirate Ship in front of a Wal-Mart. That happened one other time when I took Nyquil during the day. Just kidding.
.
We went to Puerta Vallarta, Mazatlan and Cabo San Lucas, with no phone calls or text messages for a week. It was very relaxing. It was also the longest I have ever gone without performing standup---9 days total. I started to lose my identity, I began to think I was a photographer. The big event of the day was to watch the sunset and take the coolest pictures of the sunset that I could. These are my best two sunset pictures:

There’s lots of things going on, but too early to tell you about them. What I can tell you is that I will be in Sacramento this week, at Laughs Unlimited from Feb 14-18. When I get more tour dates, I’ll get them up as soon as possible.
Also, some video has surfaced of me playing basketball against current NBA guard Bob Sura. If you would like to what I looked like before cheeseburgers, click on the link below:

After watching the Boston Celtics lose their 18th straight game, as out of shape as I am, I still think I could help them this year. Danny Ainge, you have my number.
